The Triphibian Flyer Cowhide A2 flying jacket is also customisable with UNIQUE atrwork hand painted on leather from one of England's best known art-on-leather jacket artists Karl Hamilton-Cox. As was the case with the crew of B17 Flying Fortresses, each is totally unique and comes with a personal message insert. It's the ultimate flying jacket to honour those brave men. Each jacket comes with an insert telling the story of Sir Peter Masefield having been presented with his A2 jacket on completing his final mission over Germany in Daisy June II. He was the only British Civilian accorded the honour of flying with the Mighty 8th, where he completed 7 missions with different crews.
 
The custom A2 also comes with a sewn-in leather patch of the 100th Bomb group on the jacket left shoulder as befits the originals. It's a truly unique piece. A truly unique story.
